Hello and welcome back to my kitchen today i’m planning to make a very healthy salad recipe since i’m in a very christmassy mood i decided to make this into a salad drink i’m using very simple ingredients for my salad i’ll be using cranberries paneer salad leaves broccoli and walnuts let’s

Quickly dig into the recipe and see how it’s looked here we have our ingredients paneer cranberries lettuce walnuts and broccoli then for the dressing and grilling the paneer we need salt and pepper oil honey lemon chili powder soya sauce and vinegar now we shall make small cubes of our paneer

Before we marinate it and grill them for the marination i am using mustard oil i’ll be adding chili powder salt and pepper to this we will mix all of this well and we’ll add our paneer cubes to this coat the paneer cubes well with this marinade

We’ll keep this aside till we do the rest of our work now i’m taking my broccoli and cutting them into small florets take a pot and boil water in it add your florets to this once the water is hot and boiling when the broccoli turns bright green in

Color we shall remove it from the pot this doesn’t take more than about a minute i i’m taking a grill pan and brushing some oil on it add your paneer to it and let them grill well keep turning it once in a while so that they’re grilled from all sides

Now switch off your flame take a bowl for your dressing add two to three tablespoons of oil a little bit of soya sauce a teaspoon of vinegar a tablespoon of honey i use honey as a substitute for sugar then we’ll squeeze in a lemon add in salt and pepper

Now mix all these ingredients well to form your dressing and then add in your veggies that’s my broccoli my salad leaves the cranberries grilled paneer and a handful of walnuts mix them all well so that the dressing coats them evenly garnishing it with a bit of the left paneer
