Red bean salad recipe (white beans or green beans) is a wonderful salad that can be served with any dish. Soak the beans overnight and cook them in a slow cooker or pressure cooker until they are tender but springy. Add some onions, tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as bell peppers for texture, juiciness and crunch.
Then add salt, pepper, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil to the salad. You can add any greens and mint leaves to this wonderful rajma salad to give it some freshness.
