Hey y’all for today’s video I’m going to be sharing some more party food ideas with a Super Bowl coming up this weekend I figured that this would be the perfect timing to put this video out every year I am always on the hunt for just new and different finger food recipes instead of

Just the same few obvious ones so everything in this video was new to me and they are all absolutely worth sharing with you guys I’m really happy and excited for these recipes so let’s go ahead and jump on into the video first up I’m going to be making some

Fiesta corn dip this was my first time ever having it and it absolutely exceeded my expectations definitely a new favorite so I’ve got three cans of some Festa style corn those are 11 oz each and I did drain them off and just toss them in a large mixing bowl to that

I’m adding in one cup of sour cream and you’ll need one cup of your favorite Mayo we’re using Dukes I’m also going to shred up this 8 oz block of sharp cheddar cheese I just finally shredded that with my box grater but you could definitely use a bag of shredded cheese

If you wanted to either way it comes together super quick I also chopped up some fresh cilantro I love that I added in a big handful and I decided to add in a few chopped pickled jalapenos and then for the seasonings you’re going to need

A tablespoon of some cumin I had a hard time getting that out of the jar um but I did get this recipe from Macy Blackwell on Tik Tok I found it last year and saved it and the only difference I made was adding in the diced jalapenos but I’ll

Definitely have her video Linked In My description box um it also ca for this everything but the alote seasoning from Trader Joe’s a tablespoon of that I love that seasoning I have really been getting into it the last few months even though I’ve had it for a while I’m down

To the bottom and it was just the perfect touch to this now I know that there is many variations to this I’ve seen some that adds rotail I’ve seen some that adds a packet of taco seasoning but I was so pleased with this I think that I would just keep it like

This from now on but let me know down in the comments if you made this and if you make it different so I just transferred that to a nicer serving Bowl topped it with some more of that Trader Joe’s seasoning and a little bit of cilantro

In the middle to make it look nicer and then here is the final presentation I just put it on top of a wooden shuder board and it pairs so good with these Fredo Scoops this is one of those dips that just gets better with time it’s

Great off the bat but the next day after it had set in the fridge overnight it was phenomenal we ate the heck out of this dip this would be an amazing crowd pleaser at any event but I cannot wait to recreate it in the summertime for

Those really hot days next up I’m going to be making some bacon crackers as you can see it only takes five ingredients which I love and these were a huge hit so I just have a 10 full line cookie sheet and I have placed my wire cooling

Rack over the the top and I’m just lining up my club crackers I am fitting as many on here as I can I was able to do rows of four and I ended up being able to fit 44 club crackers on here so once I got that line I’m just going to

Scoop that on over to the side and I’m going to grab my package of bacon for this particular recipe you want to use like the original cut of bacon you don’t want to do like a thick cut and I’m just taking a sharp knife and I am cutting

This package into to three sections now the three sections worked pretty good but I feel like if I was to cut it into four sections that would have been perfect because as you can see the original plan here was for me to just kind of lay it out flat onto each

Cracker but I noticed there was a little bit of overhang and I just felt if I were to cook it up like that the pieces that were overlapping probably wouldn’t have cooked evenly wouldn’t have got cooked the way that I would want so I

Decided to do it this way I just kind of wrapped it around like a blanket and just put it same side down on the cooling rack I did that for about half of them and then one of the sections I cut was a little bit smaller than the

Others so I did Lay those out flat the way that I wanted to so both ways turned out great I have to say though I liked the version that was flat and completely covering the cracker a little bit better um but yeah so next I’m just taking some

Brown sugar and adding a good amount onto each piece of bacon I originally tried to do it with a spoon but it just wasn’t working so I just went in with my hands and I was being very careful to not touch the bacon with my actual hand

Since I was dipping in to the brown sugar container and then here I’m just taking some cayen pepper and I’m just pinching the smallest amount onto each piece of bacon if you are not careful that could overpower really quickly but I absolutely loved the sweet and spicy

Combo and it definitely was was not overly spicy or anything like that it was truly just perfect and then lastly I’m just hitting it with some black pepper my oven is preheated to 300° and I let it cook for 40 minutes so here is what they looked like as soon as it came

Out of the oven I did let it completely cool down that way it could Harden correctly before I transfer it on over to my serving tray I’m just using my long white rectangle tray to put these on I thought it looked very nice now I was worried about the bacon grease

Making these crackers soggy but they were not at all they were still nice and crisp they soak up that bacon grease but like not in a nasty way it does something magical to them the bacon Cooks up just perfect and again that sweet salty spicy combo is everything it

Is truly just the perfect bite I don’t know who originally thought of this recipe but they deserve some sort of an award because these are just a genius idea very simple and I can about guarantee if you bring these to a party they are going to disappear very quickly

The ones that I had left over I just stored in an airtite container in the fridge and they were just as delicious the next day if I’m hosting a Super Bowl party there’s got to be something buffalo chicken there so I wanted to try out these buffalo chicken meatballs from

The pineer Woman cookbook I also found the recipe on Pinterest so I will definitely link that but to a small mixing bowl I’ve just added in a pound of ground chicken a clove of minced garlic a couple tablespoons of some minced celery it costs for green onions I’m replacing that with onion powder

You’ll also need a/ thir cup of some plain bread crumbs I’m cracking in one egg and you’ll need a tablespoon of hot sauce Franks is my favorite but obviously use your favorite hot sauce I’m also going to add in some kosher salt and also some black pepper to taste

And then I’m just going to go in with my spoon and I’m going to mix all that together until it is just combined you don’t want to over mix it and I am going to be combining this with another recipe it’s going to be kind of like a slider

Dish so a buffalo chicken meatball slider recipe so anyways after I got that mixed to my liking I’m just going to take a small cookie scoop and I’m going to start scooping those onto my cookie sheet um I’m just using a silicone matte on mine because I’m out

Of parchment paper I keep on forgetting to buy it but I did end up having to go back around and make the meatballs a little bit bigger just to use up all of that chicken mixture that way I didn’t have to do it on two cookie sheets cuz I

Don’t have two silicone mats even though I could have used 10 full if I wanted to but anyways I baked those at 400° for 15 minutes I did check them with a meat thermometer just to be safe and they were cooked perfectly so now I’m going

To get started on the buffalo sauce so to a large Skillet I’ve melt it down a half a stick of salted butter I didn’t have quite enough hot sauce you need 3/4 of a cup of it so I just substituted it the last little bit with the Frank’s

Buffalo sauce poured that on into the skillet and I do have this on about a medium high heat I’m just stirring those two ingredients together and I’m just waiting for that to come up to a low simmer just like so so once it reached this point I went ahead and cut off the

Heat and it is ready so now I’m just going to add in all of my cooked meat balls and then I will take that spatula and just toss everything to coat in the sauce now I thought it was worth mentioning the celery in the meatballs is crunchy now typically I would not

Like that surprisingly in this recipe I actually didn’t mind it at all I’m finally at a point in my life where I am starting to like raw celery I used to hate it and it does pair really well with buffalo sauce but I figured there would be some people that wouldn’t like

That so if you think that is you you’d probably want to leave out the celery and just like her you can serve it up just like this transfer it to a nice platter put some of these party pics in it and serve some extra buffalo sauce on

The side some homemade ranch and just put some celery sticks on the side and you will have a nice healthy option that is super delicious but like I said I wanted to take it up a notch and turn it into something else so to a small

Saucepan I am melting down a stick of butter I have minced a few cloves of fresh garlic I’m going to add that in with the butter and sauté it for a couple of minutes just until it starts to smell nice and fragrant and then I’m

Going to take it off of the Heat and set it to the side to cool down now you’re going to need a package of dinner rolls I’m using the King’s Hawaiian Savory butter rolls I do love King toine rolls but that’s not what I wanted to use for

This recipe I wanted just like an average dinner roll because they are on the bigger side but this is the only option that Walmart had so they might be on the smaller side but it still turned out delicious so I’m just going to take a sharp knife and I’m going to cut out

The middle of each roll and I’m just going to kind of hollow out the inside you don’t want to go all the way to the bottom you don’t want to poke through the bottom cuz you want to be able to pick it up but that took very little

Time and after I got all of those cut out I’m going to grab my 9 by3 cassero dish spray it with some Pam and I’m just going to transfer the rolls to my dish so now that my butter has cooled down I’m going to finish it off you’ll need a

Couple tablesp of Parmesan cheese ideally I would like the fresh stuff but I didn’t have it so I’m just using the bottle kind and it was just as good I’m going to add in some dried parsley dried oregano and some black pepper and then I’m just going to mix all of that

Together and now you have the best garlic butter with my silicone spatula I’m just going to slather My rolls in that garlic butter making sure to really get down in the middle and on the inside of that bread typically for recipes like this I try to cut the butter down in

Half but I usually end up not having quite enough and wishing that I use the full stick so that’s what I’m doing from now on it is just it’s so perfect this way it’s so good so I’m just making sure to get around all the edges and now I

Can start taking those buffalo chicken meatballs and stuffing it inside of these now like I said I did make my meatballs a bit on the bigger side and my rolls were smaller so these didn’t fit down in there quite like I had imagined truly is not the biggest deal

But I did just kind of turn them on their side that way I could get them down in there and the original recipe that I’m going to link for the sliders calls for like your typical beef meatball with marinara sauce so if that’s the route you want to take you

Can do that um it’s a nice dinner option you know it doesn’t have to be like for a party food but it’s good either way um I am going to be using some pepper jack cheese that I shredd it myself I had a bit of a hard time getting it to stay on

Top of the meatball since they were poking out so much but I did my best I do have my oven preheated to 350 and lastly I did just sprinkle on a little bit of dried oregano I cooked these for 12 minutes and then when I pull them

From the oven I decided to drizzle some of that extra buffalo sauce from the skillet onto the top of the Rose just to make them look a little bit nicer and I was definitely more pleased with it looking like that so here they are once they are done I was super happy with

These you can definitely transfer them to something else if you wanted to but we just had it straight out of the cassero dish and here is what a single serving looks like these were absolutely phenomenal if you like buffalo chicken and you like garlic bread you’re going

To love these I’ll say it every time but I feel like every party always needs some type of little sweet treat so I’m going to be making these little cherry cheesecake mini brownie cups and it uses very simple ingredients and they are just too good I’m starting off with just

A box brownie mix um you can use any one that you want to I’m just using what I already had in my pantry and I’m following the instructions on the back so I’ve added my water eggs and vegetable oil I like to start with a whisk to really break up the eggs and

Then when it starts to get too thick I go ahead and switch on over to a spoon making sure to really get those dry ingredients Incorporated now I’m going to grab my little mini muffin pan and I’m going to spray it really well with some non-stick cooking spray and I’m

Just going to start spooning it into the little sections and this was a little bit time consuming looking back I should have transferred it to like a glass measuring cup that has the spout and just pour it in there and not worry so much about making a mess but I finally

Got them filled and I did end up with quite a bit of leftover brownie batter I knew I didn’t want to do any more of the mini muffins so I just took a normal size cupcake pan put a few Liners in there and I ended up with four like

Normal size brownie cupcakes um but I baked them mini ones at 350 for 15 minutes and as soon as they came out I took a little shot glass and I am just pressing down in the center of these little brownie Bots firmly just to create a cup uh some of them kind of

Wanted to separate from the bottom and I was starting to stress out I did not think it was going to work out but I just kind of squished it back down in there and you let these completely cool before you pop them out anyway so they

Just form back together and it all ended up working out really well in the end so I just took a butter knife popped them out and I moved them on over to this beautiful wooden tray that I got at Target a few years ago and then this

Right here if you have never tried the Philadelphia no baked cheesecake it’s usually like right next to the cream cheese in most grocery stores that stuff is a true delicacy it has been one of our favorites for years it’s ready to go you don’t have to do anything to it and

It tastes amazing so I just have a PP ping bag and a tip and I’m just getting that ready if you don’t have those two things you can absolutely use a Ziploc bag and just cut off the corner but this is just how I have always done it so I

Just use a glass to help me I put the bag down in there I let the top flaps kind of fold over and then I’m going to take a few good spoonfuls of that cheesecake mixture and stuff it down in there and then I just fold the sides

Back up I’m going to push all that mixture down into that metal tip and then I twist the top that way when I go to squeeze it nothing’s going to like explode from the top but it is very Simple Next I’m going to grab a can of cherry pie filling and I’m just going to use my small little spoon and I’m going to take one cherry and put it onto each little brownie cup as well as some of the cherry pie filling now if you don’t like

Cherries there is other variations of pie filling you could do um it doesn’t even have to be a pie filling you can do fresh fruit like strawberries raspberries blueberries really anything that you like you don’t even have to do a fruit you could drizzle it with caramel chocolate or just leave it plain

It’ll be good regardless of what you do I absolutely love how these turned out I think that they are super pretty and they are just so delicious I have them in the fridge right now in a cover dish as I’m speaking and we cannot stay out
