HOW I EAT 1400 CALORIES IN A DAY 🍗

I’m currently eating 1400 calories for the next 6 weeks to clean up physique, before I go into my year long gaining phase. So here’s what a low fat day of eating would look like for when I’m prioritising training and weight loss.

Why am I running such an aggressive fat loss? My goal right now is to just get in and out as quickly as possible so I can get back to building muscle. I’ve already spent the last year in a deficit so the last thing I want to do is spend anymore unnecessary time in eating at a deficit!

My protocols:
1410 calories (105c / 30f / 180p)
10k steps per day
