Reducing money saving healthy hack I think to ever exist it’s literally creating free food out of your scraps and I love it so in here I’ve got um Frozen bits of spring onion I’ve got broccoli stalks all the bits that sometimes you just don’t want to eat
That like really close to the edge bit of onion tops of carrots there’s just so much goodness in all of this and flavor so why not use it to make a delicious stock that you can have by itself turn it into a gravy I made my delicious

Have got the most delicate kind of green and white middle aren’t they stunning funnily enough um we had a lady come over to do some lovely massages for us last week and she was from Canada and she said that they don’t have snow drops in

Miserable like this just get rid of it um and another tip would be to press them facing down because then as you literally press them it will open up the flower roses and peonies they’re a bit too juicy and too moisture Rich so they don’t tend to work as well um so yeah
