For low-carb crust: zucchini! Just cook, scoop, and stuff.
Cooked portabella mushroom caps and eggplant slices also make great pizza crusts.
Here’s an easy pizza snack, and you only need 2 ingredients: just cheese + pepperoni! (Though I highly recommend pizza or marinara sauce for dipping.) So good.
Oh, and for creative high-protein crust, use egg whites! Cook it into a little patty and top with sauce and cheese. Pounded chicken breast is another great high-protein pizza crust. Yum!

I love pizza while there’s nothing wrong with eating a couple slices of the real thing sometimes I just need a low carb pizza fix one of my favorite ways to do this is by using zucchini boats microwave your zucchini until soft slice in half and scoop out the inside fill
With Sauce Cheese and any toppings you like this one’s for meat lovers but you can make it work with veggies or keep it simple and skip the toppings other vegetables work great as crust too like portabellas or even eggplant I also love these quick and easy two ingredient
Pizza bites a little mozzarella a pepperoni slice and a Sprinkle of seasoning is all you need I love to dip these in pizza sauce such a good snack saving one of the best for last egg crust breakfast pizzas if you haven’t tried using egg whites as a pizza base
