1/3 cup / 50 g – bread flour
INGREDIENTS FOR THE BREAD
100 g – sourdough starter (activated)
13.6 fl oz. / 400 ml – room temperature water
A spoon of sugar
A spoon of cumin +
A spoon of mustard seeds

8,81 oz / 250 g – white bread flour
8,81 oz / 250 g – rye flour
0,35 oz / 10 g – salt

Baking temperature – 220C / 428F
Baking time – 50 minutes (or until golden brown)
