But these are my favorite full days of eatings to watch they are realistic random things so with that said I wanted to give you guys an update I have been eating dairy for the last like month and a half or so maybe two I don’t remember

Hate lunch is any body else with me because there’s just nothing that sounds good it’s just the worst meal of the day so I I can’t be bothered today you know I went out and got myself a little um hand roll from like a grocery store down
The street so this is a salmon hand roll and this what she looks like there two of them I am going to have both of them and I’m also going to have some I also have half an avocado that’s going to go bad so I will be adding that
To the hand rolls uh together this is lunch guys this is 28-year-old lunch okay and I’ll be having these little um roasted seed snacks on the side and for dessert I’m going to have a midday square is it my best lunch idea no but is it going to be so yummy
Yes this Ginger is so spicy already wo I’m going to do what I always tell you guys not to do and work at the computer while you eat lunch but but I don’t have time today not to do that so sometimes it’s like That so my friend elany is coming over for dinner tonight and I’m going to make something super simple I actually don’t have that much food but I want to like finish off the things that I have in my fridge so I’m going to make this Norwegian salmon that I got a while back
I froze it and I just unfroze it so I’m going to make all the pieces and whatever we don’t eat I’ll just have for lunch tomorrow to pan fry some green beans and on the side of all that I’m going to make some rice and that will be
Dinner for tonight I’m preheating the oven um right now and I’m going to go ahead and season my salmon throw her in for like 15 minutes and we good to go okay and here I thought there was more than two pieces in this bag there’s not there’s actually only two pieces so
That is fine but there will not be any leftovers for tomorrow I Guess so I eyeball like all of my seasonings for the salmon but I just did salt lemon and the Green Goddess seasoning from Trader Joe’s which has just like a bunch of Rand new stuff in it I’m adding add a little bit of garlic um to the salmon and to the green
Beans actually a lot of Garlic all right guys I just added a little bit of olive oil and um salt and seasoning to the rice I’m not a huge fan of like plain rice I mean I am but just taste a little bit Better [Applause] all right guys here’s my plate we have the salmon rice and green beans I know it’s kind of random vegetable but that’s all I got and then lenies and we also she’s bringing desserts I’m not sure what we’re going to have for dessert but
I will definitely show you guys cuz I am craving it already and these creen beans actually turned out really Good I knew she was going to bring some great desserts because this girl bakes like a maniac and it’s always so good wait so what are these cuz this is all healthy right yeah so those are banana muffins banana muffins chocolate chip oh I love it and I have chocolate FR us so
