Today Let’s catch back up on meal prepping and juicing! *Sigh* I’ve missed it so much and I’m super excited to get back into it! While I am diving right into wellness, I’d like to touch on the importance of “enjoying the process or journey.” As I slowly get back into my wellness bag, I’m experimenting on different juice options, health benefits and overall fun ideas!

Ingredient List:

Southwest Salad Jars –
1 cup, corn
1 cup beans
3 tomatoes, diced
3 cups, lettuce
4 chicken skewers, chopped

Fruit Bowls –
3 kiwis, diced
1/2 pineapple, diced
6 strawberries, diced
1/2 watermelon, diced

Salmon Bowls –
2 salmon fillets, halved
2 to 3 tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp, chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Glaze-
1/3 cup honey
1/4 low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp agave

3-4 cups, green beans
2 tsp oil
1/2 red bell pepper, diced

Juices:

Beet root Detox –

3 beet roots
3-4 red apples
1/2 watermelon
(Ginger is opt)

Honey dew Melon juice –
1 Honey dew, peeled
3 to 4 pears
3 green apples
