Oatmeal Tiramisu is a healthy, low carb and high-protein dessert that is sugar-free, keto, and still has the same flavors as in a Tiramisu. It’s so easy to make and super delicious.

INGREDIENTS
3 Bananas preferably overripe
2 cups Rolled Oats ground to flour
1 scoop Protein Powder Chocolate
1 tbsp Instant Espresso Powder
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Cream Cheese low fat
1 tbsp Greek Yogurt low fat
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder to dust on top
INSTRUCTIONS
Mash the bananas using a fork in a large bowl.
Add ground rolled oats and Protein Powder to it. Toss to combine. Pour in the brewed coffee into it and stir to combine everything.
Combine Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt. Spread this creamy mixture over the Oatmeal Tiramisu Mixture. Even it out.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 1 hour. Dust unsweetened cocoa powder or instant espresso powder on top and serve.

It all together so that your coffee gets perfectly brewed and pour this mixture over your oats and protein powder mixture just combine all of this together so that you have a perfect oatmeal Tio mixture ready now unlike all other tiramisu which needs layers and layers of breads this one gets ready so
Easy having the exact flavors of a Tiramisu but so good for the cream layer I’m simply adding some cream cheese and yogurt if you want to make it vegan you can replace cream cheese with coconut cream and some vegan yogurt works fine just combine all of this together and
