Just got ready for the day a little bit and have been trying to drink a lot of water it’s so easy for me to fall out of like the habit of not drinking enough water so I’m using my Stanley because whenever I drink from my Stanley Cup I

End up drinking more even though they might be a little overrated I love my Stanley Cup and it helps me to drink so much water so that’s the only thing that I’ve had this morning is water so I’m ready to go downstairs make something for breakfast and also make a coffee

Like baked oats recipe she made a french toast one so I’m substituting a couple things out and using like white chocolate and raspberries I’m going off the same like ingredients as she used so let’s hope this turns out good this recipe super easy I feel like it’s just

A bunch of stuff that you most likely already have at home so the main thing you’re obviously going to need is some rolls oats I’m going to be using almond milk but you can use whatever milk you want then half a banana one egg some salt some baking soda some cinnamon and

Then I’m using some white chocolate chips and some fresh raspberries so that’s literally all the ingredients and you just combine it and blend it together and bake it like it’s so easy and there’s so many different recipes that you can try out with baked oats

Really eat this but this has M&M’s in it so I’ll probably be eating this and then we got some oo’s yogurt Costco has the little cups and huge packs so we got this we get this every week because everyone in my family loves this and then I got this caramelized onion

Chicken burger it has caramelized onions and age white cheddar cheese cheese and I just thought I looked really good these are already pre-cooked so it’s just going to be easy to like put in the air fryer and then we got a lot of fruit we got some grapes some strawberries and

Good and then we got a couple other things we got like potato potatoes and ground beef and chuck roast because next week for Alexa’s birthday I’m going to make beia tacos so that’s pretty much what we got we got also rotisserie chicken because who goes to Costco

Doesn’t get a rotisserie chicken we need to put this stuff away and then I’m going to go ahead and start making dinner it’s already getting kind of late and I just want to like get started with making something this Trail just so good you open it yeah I’m only eating the

M&M’s out of it oh my God the M&M’s and cashews best part so this is a recipe that I’m going to be making for dinner tonight this is the onion crunch chicken recipe from hellofresh we made the hellofresh a while ago so this is just like the

Recipe and we have everything here to make it but this recipe is super easy it’s just potatoes green beans and chicken I’m doing my potatoes a little bit differently I’m actually going to boil them and then roast them in the air fryer I already cut up my potatoes into

Wedges and I’m going to boil them for about like 10 minutes I just feel like it tastes so much better when you boil it first because after you like put it in the air fryer or put it in the oven it’s actually like soft in the center

And then for the chicken all you have to do is cover it in salt and pepper and honey mustard and then I’m going to take this crispy onion stuff this is from Costco it tastes so good like I can literally just eat this by itself you

Just take a little bit of this and mash it into a bag until it’s like panco add a little bit of cheese and roast it in the oven and then for the green beans you also just put it on the other side of the chicken to roast so this recipe

Is really easy and it tastes really really good I already started on the chicken I just separated them and took out all the tenders of each one of them because I’m using chicken tenderloin instead of chicken breast cuz that’s what we have right now so all I need to

Do is boil my potatoes and then season them with some salt pepper garlic and a little bit of Rosemary and put it in the air fryer for like 20 minutes and then for the chicken I’m just going to cover it with some salt pepper honey mustard

And then put this all around it and then just put it in the oven with the green beans so really easy it’s getting late so I’m going to start cooking this all Together It’s the end of the night I just got at the shower I’m starting to like wind down for bed usually I’d be done eating by now but since I ate so late today I’m going to make a little something extra to eat tonight to have some more protein

I feel like I’ve said this in all of my like what I eat in a days but I try to eat more protein and low fat and moderate amount of carbs just because I feel like that’s what works best for my body and and has definitely helped me

Definitely a good day of eating some days are harder than others to get my protein intake in I’ve really been trying to cut out processed protein like I haven’t really been eating much protein bars I’ve really been trying to focus on getting protein from Whole Foods and meat and instead of processed
