Ingredients

Oats – 150 gms
Onion – 1 no.
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Green chili
Chopped Capsicum
Grated Carrot
Cabbage
Salt to taste
Pepper – 1/4 Tsp
Water

To make sauce
Sesame oil
Onion – 1 no.
Capsicum
Soy sauce – 1 Tbsp
Chili sauce – 2 Tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 3 Tbsp
Water
Spring onion

Method

Take oats in a bowl, add onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, salt, pepper
Mix well
Gradually add water and mix well
Let it sit for 5 mins
Roll them into balls and let it sit for 5 mins
Deep fry the oats balls till they are golden brown in color and turn crispy
Heat a pan with some oil, add garlic, onion, capsicum and saute for 2 mins
Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, water and mix well
Add the fried manchurian balls and mix well
Garnish it with some chopped spring onion greens and serve it hot
