To be honest I didn’t really  like chicken salad growing up,   but it wasn’t until I started making it  myself that I absolutely loved it. This   version is light and fresh. It has a touch of  sweetness from grapes. We’re using full-fat  

Greek yogurt for a little bit more protein but  also flavor and creaminess, lots of fresh herbs,   and lemon juice, and lemon zest. Serve it however  you please for an easy protein-packed meal.
