5 fingers of organic ginger from Uganda, organic  ginger helps with constipation and bloating. It has   high antioxidants. Then we have a tablespoon of  mix seed, this is a combination of these seeds,   a tablespoon of mix seed of organic omega  seed mix, it has a lot of seed in it,  

It has sunflower seed, brown linseed, golden linseed,  pumpkin seed, they are all very good source   of antioxidants. Then we have our chai seed  here, chia seed also has omega 3 fatty acid,   plenty of protein. It helps with digestion.  It lowers blood pressure and improves blood  

Sugar control. Then we have handful of organic  blue berries, it also lowers blood pressure,   it prevents heart disease, improve memory. Then  we have one organic kiwi, this is organic kiwi.   It also helps to regulate blood sugar, support  healthy gut bacteria. Then we have a tablespoon  

Of Goji berries, dried Goji berries, it’s a  good antioxidant as well, anti-inflammatory,   anti-microbial, immune-stimulating, anti-diabetic, it is also neuroprotective, anti-cancer, prebiotic and   prevent obesity. Also kills bacteria, it lowers blood sugar, it  promotes weight loss, and lower cholesterol.   Then we have one tablespoon of organic ground mix  nut, this is the ground one, this is a ground of   the combination of this. So, we have in this  a lot of nuts which includes Almond, cashew,  

Walnut, Brazil nut, pecan nut pistachio which  are good source of protein and healthy fatty,   fibres, vitamins and minerals which prevent  diabetes, it also prevents heart disease and   also improve memory. So, we have tamarind,  one teaspoon of tamarind will be added to  

The breakfast. Tamarind paste is also a good  antioxidant, anti-fungi, anti-viral effect. If   you eat this daily it helps with blood pressure  and heart disease, it also lowers cholesterol   among others. Then we have organic honey, which  is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial

Our porridge, I’m going to add the mix seed, and  nut, a tablespoon, Goji berries also a tablespoon.   Our blueberries, handful of blueberries, our kiwi.  Then our yoghurt, the yoghurt, a tablespoon of   yoghurt. Yeah, a teaspoon of organic apple cider  vinegar. Then a teaspoon of tamarind. And yeah,  

My husband has a sweet tooth, I need to give  him honey so I always add organic honey,   a tablespoon. It’s a very very nutritious,  highly highly super super breakfast,   so this is what we have for our breakfast. Yeah,  that’s it. If you try it and like it let me know.
