– 1 1/4 cup almond milk
– 2 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1/4 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
– 1/2 tsp vanilla
Toppings: fresh berries or diced fruit, dried fruit, chopped nuts, nut butter, yogurt, granola, shredded coconut, cacao nibs
1. Add all ingredients to a small container and mix well.
2. Leave in refrigerator overnight to thicken.
