In today’s video it’s all about regular and low calorie protein muffins For the regular recipe you will need 300 ml of milk Then i will add 50 grams of full fat yogurt then i will add 2 whole eggs in it And on top i will add 120 gram of butter and spoiler alert this is almost a thousand calories aka a whole pizza next step is to add 100 grams of sugar And give it a little mix Add a pinch of salt and then i will add 250 grams of all-purpose flour with 4 grams of baking powder the last step is to whisk everything until it’s smooth and for now it gets into the fridge for the protein muffins i will start with 250 ml of unsweetened almond milk
I will add one whole egg and 50 grams of egg whites Then i will add 50 grams of skewer or low-fat greek yogurt Whisk everything now it depends how sweet you like it i like it very sweet so i will add 50 grams of sweetener you could also use a little bit less if you don’t want it too sweet that’s up to you next is 60 grams of protein powder i will use
