Hi guys welcome back to my channel so today I’m going to be giving you two meal ideas for you to try I’m going to start by making my meatballs I’ve I’ve already shown you how uh the ingredient I’m going to be using paprika salt beef Mas Sala some eggs some bread
Crumbs yeah uh some onions there just mix everything up and then uh apply some oil on your hands it’s really important to apply some oil in your hands that the meatball doesn’t stick on your hands when you’re making the balls so yeah every time you see your hands are dry
Just apply a bit of oil in your hands you can see the way I’m doing it there and then just roll it the the meat the me meat on your hands like a ball just in the shape of the meat balls you understand what I mean yeah that’s how
You do it guys until you finish everything up and then and here they are you can see there they’re looking amazing and then heat up some oil not that hot and then add your your meatballs okay just to make sure they like to Brown them up a bit you
Understand okay to Brown them up a bit this oil had used it um to make some sausages in the morning so I’m using the same oil I don’t see the point of wasting it so yeah I’m putting my meatballs there just to shut off fry
Them a little bit on this side there I’m cooking some onion there because I’m going to be making this with pasta here is my pasta paste steel that I’m going to be making so I actually added some Chas sauce I added some paprika also of course I cooked it with some onions some
Salt for me I hate boring they called boring yeah boring pasta like the white pasta I don’t like it I also added some tomato paste so I make sure for me I like fry my pasta a bit okay I really don’t like eating uh white pasta it’s

Really do add uh the bones but when you buy in the supermarket they don’t put bones so guys I bought some Stu to cook for dinner I bought this cabbage at 70 Bob uh I bought the chicken at 511 another one for 548 cuz they different drumstick and thighs some some mango
Some alcohol some Polish for s’s shoes some sock that she’s going to be wearing inside uh the school socks yeah I normally uh I normally valisha had two socks at a time and for the second meal guys I’m going to be cooking some chicken so I bought
Some drumstick and some thighs you can see there those are drumstick and ties for drumstick I bought like there were eight or was it seven for 500 and then ties also for 500 you understand so everything was 1,000 I bought this one at clean shelf clean shelf really sells
Amazing meat and are affordable all this meat for 1,000 was just really over the moon worth it yeah so I bought I love drumstick and th so that’s what I bought okay so I washed my uh Chicken in vinegar and now I’m adding my spices I’m adding some paprika there you can see
Guys uh paprika really changes the it makes the food colorful I’m also adding some curry powder yeah guys you have never tried paprika just try but don’t put a lot because okay depends cuz for us we don’t fear pepper but some people do I’m also adding some salt CH is used
To taking um hot hot stuff and Sunday I just limit a bit because of Sunday so I’ve added some salt there some paprika you can see um also I’ve also added curry powder I’m also adding some fish Masala oh my god I’ve come to discover fish Masala uh
Adding it to my food and I’m really loving it it’s really amazing like it’s changing everything oh my God it’s just making everything amazing oh my god really amazing I’m also adding some beef Masala I love spices guys so if you feel like these spices are too much for you you can
Reduce a bit I’m also adding some soy sauce you don’t have to put every spice I put there but I would really love you to try it the only thing I might tell you not to try as much if you don’t like pepper is paprika cuz it’s a bit chilies
Yeah I’m also adding some uh cha sauce and then I’m going to mix everything up completely put it in the fridge for some few hours uh if you’re in a hurry you can 1 hour is okay but if you’re not in a hurry you can just like put it in the
Fridge for hours for me I really love cooking um making pre preparing my meal sorry uh dur in the morning so if in case I want to marinate something in the fridge that’s why I do it very early in the morning so that you can stay in the
Fridge for long so you mix everything up guys and put it in the fridge for like a later use I can tell you something that you won’t believe even if I said it we thought it might be I don’t know right now my circle is a g down no is up I’m
Putting City Lights till I get so damn TI and lay down I’m talking to imaginations that’s the only real conversation I can laugh without a Frustration Well after some few hours I’m just going to put it in the oven I normally cover the top of the tray for a while for like 1 hour so that it can remove the water and can cook slowly okay it can remove the juices you don’t have to put water
You can see the way it’s looking amazing oh my God this chicken was really really sweet oh gosh you guys try it out I hear you guys say oh I marinate my chicken pretty I love the way you marinate your chicken just try it guys and you love it
It’s really amazing because I love doing this it this way cuz it comes out amazing and my family loves it you can see the way it’s looking amazing and we going to be having this with um some ugali okay normally HBY makes ugali but
This day I was like uhuh I need to keep trying cuz the more you try uh the the better you get in there yeah right yeah so yeah I’m trying to practice as much as I can to be cooking ugali on my own because there are days that uh he’s not
Home for even a week so you really need to practice and know how to cook the ugali yourself as much as you can you really don’t have to like at wait for someone to be cooking ugali for you um and but the I just i’ love the way I’m
Challenging myself and this ugali is just looking amazing oh my God I’m getting better by the way I can cook a small ugali but a big ugali really stresses me up the the process of turning and flipping and all that stuff I don’t know really tires my hand um I
Don’t know if any there’s any I love ugali but the funny part is that I love I really love ugali ugali is my favorite food but cooking it it’s so stressful but I’m getting better I’m hoping at some point I’ll be able to cook a big
Ugali but for now I can only make a small ugali yeah oh my God and our food was ready looking so delicious look at that chicken guys look at that chicken and we are eating this with some kachumbari of course I really do hope that you enjoyed each and every
