35oz/1 liter Jar
For the tomato sauce:
1/3 x 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tbsp chipotle sauce
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cumin, ground
1/4 tsp paprika powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp rice vinegar
For the salad:
2 tbsp vegan yogurt
1/2 x 15 oz can black beans
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 red onion
3/4 cup brown rice, cooked
1/4 cucumber
2 tbsp corn kernels
2 tbsp vegan yogurt, unsweetened
handful lettuce
Quinoa Crunch Salad (from my app Fivesec Health)

For the peanut sauce:
1/2 tbsp tamari sauce
3/4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened
3/4 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ginger, ground
1 garlic clove
For the salad:
1 medium carrot
3/4 cup quinoa (cooked)
1/2 cup red cabbage
1/4 scallions
1/4 cup peanuts, raw
1/2 cup edamame beans, frozen
Handful fresh cilantro
1 handful fresh kale

These meals in a jar are a minimal effort minimal dishes perfect to prep and mind-blowingly good so you will need some jars to fill up I’m using 1.5 L jars for my meals and let’s start with a Chipotle taco salad I have already measured out everything if you saw my

Ingredients on the top the salad stays surprisingly fresh for days so if you’re like me not a huge fan of rock kale I encourage you to try it anyways uh this is the way I really love it you when you have poured out the salad into the bowl use a fork to mix
