I am sharing the recipe of an amazing, delicious Mediterranean chickpea salad.
Its light and be ready under 15 Mins. Easy to make.
This salad is very healthy as lunch, dinner or side every day.

ingredients:
400 gr canned chickpeas
1 cucumber diced
1 cup cherry tomato halved
1 cup mix bell pepper diced
1 small onion sliced
1/2 cup olive sliced
2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
2 tbsp freshly chopped mint
Dressing:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 white vinegar
1 garlic clove (crushed)
salt
black pepper
Pour dressing over your salad. Toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serve.
