Lots of info below! This week I went to my local Scnucks Grocery store which would be similar to Wal Mart or Kroger. Not everyone in my fmaily eats healthy and apparently Im the cook around here! SO, that leaves me dealing with a lot of unhealthy food. HEre is my combo grocery haul for realistic eating!

I eat low carb living a low carb lifestyle! I used to do Weight Watchers for over 5 years however I switched over to low carb as I find it a more managable way of eating for the rest of my life. As a result of this change Ive continued to lose weight and lower my blood sugar after learning I was pre diabetic. My fat numbers are not too high and not at a keto level although some meals could be considered keto meals. Here is my low carb eating plan that I track through carb manager. I do not count anything other than carbs and it works for me.
Max of 30 carbs per meals
Max of 15 carbs per snack
I do NOT count anything else
I find all the other macros fall into place if I hit at or below my low carb numbers.

Good morning everyone welcome to today’s grocery haul it’s not exactly morning it is about 1 in the afternoon and look at this so while I was gone at the grocery store apparently somebody ate a whole pizza have any guesses who that might be anyway we’re not even going to talk
About that because this is what happens anyway welcome to the grocery Hall so I’m going to show you what I got this morning from Trader Joe’s can you tell I’m trying to gather myself cuz I’m a little bit aggravated you know listen I’m not trying to tell anybody how to
Eat I’m not anybody’s food police but when you have a diabetic diagnosis you you you just have to be careful you cannot eat a whole large pizza and that box look pretty big anyway you know people get crabby too but we’re going to get beyond that we’re getting beyond
That all right so so what did I pick up this week at Trader Joe’s that I needed I actually need quite a few things all right so I got some strawberries I mention this pretty often I do eat strawberries I eat berries of any kind low carb so meaning berries are low carb
So because I’m on low carb I eat berries I don’t count carbs and berries and you might be thinking well why not because I never never never never overeat them ever it’s not something that I don’t even love them but I like to eat them because of the fiber so I
Bought these and then also my grandson likes them so I picked those up I do count all other Fruit by the way especially bananas cuz I’ll turn it into ice cream and then sky the limit I also picked up some more of this skier lowfat yogurt I actually really really like
This 12 gram of carbs this is vanilla I really like this I’m surprised how much I like it it’s really really creamy and good I got two things of eggs I go through a lot of eggs I also picked up this Italian turkey meatloaf this was $8
I believe and I didn’t think that was a bad price for it so I thought I would try it 15 G of carbs for a quar of this and this is 24 oz so it’s about a pound and a half so I thought that would be

Peanut butter I have not had this Trader Joe’s peanut butter ever but it’s pretty low in carbs 7 G the other thing that was kind of weird because I always scan these Foods so that I can give you the Weight Watchers points also for anybody who’s on Weight Watchers this was only
Five Weight Watchers points which as I recall that would be pretty low is that pretty low if you’re on Weight Watchers let me know down in comments because I do think most of what I was eating for peanut butter was six maybe even seven I don’t know maybe I’m remembering wrong
But I thought five was pretty good I also picked up some of their salsa I love this salsa this is my favorite salsa 2 Gams of carbs for two tablespoons now I also picked up the veggie fried rice this is something that I really can’t eat but if you’re on
Weight Watchers this is really good bang for your book that I know for sure um the carbs on this is 45 that’s why I can’t have it it’s just it’s too high for me but people in the family like it so I’m to the point with my low carb
