It’s 5:30 I just got to the gym I have to go grocery shopping today because y’all know I’ve been doing the show and we fly out every Saturday and fly back in on Sunday I don’t get back until like 4 5 6 in the evening like I’m I’m not

It really like throws me off of my routine and my schedule but we don’t make excuses we make way so it is what 6:45 now am I going in the store with my hair like this and is ain’t nobody here anyway so I need to come up with a menu

In like 15 minutes I already took out the meats that I’m doing this week so I’m going to do chicken like chicken wings but not Buffalo wings so chicken wings like the drum and the wing chicken wings salmon shrimp and chicken sausage so I’m definitely doing this basil pesto

Chicken sausage pasta thing so good make it from scratch and then I have to figure out a meal to do for salmon shrimp and the chicken so I’m going to figure that out get my groceries so I can be back in the house by 7:30 Maybe I love myself I don’t know leave me here I myself see A Mir I duck myself I need much so my World now said that you would come again you said that we would remain friends but you know that I do not depend on on no one so why would you show up so uninvited CH my mind Don’t that I’ve been worst you can’t keep running Away so breakfast option number one this week is going to be oatmeal now I usually eat oatmeal on my carb days but since I had it on a leg day I did add protein powder so that I can you know have my right amount of protein intake top that with blueberries and bananas

Always use protein pasta I don’t use any other pasta chicken sausage now my garlic I buy in bulk grind it up and freeze it similar to my meat process now I did make this basil pesto pasta from scratch you can really just Google basil pesto and there are so many ingredients

On there and it’ll tell you how to make it from scratch but I like to use pine nuts I think that’s a good vegan option but then the cheese doesn’t make it vegan um I’ll go ahead and cook the pasta I will make the chicken sausage separate as well and then once the
