Foodie Friday: Episode Twenty Four

In this video I share a healthy Potato and Salad recipe with you. Our family loves to try eat healthy food. I love to find and or make fun recipes that taste delicious and make me feel good when I eat it. Food is such a large part of life. I want to enjoy my food and life.

Potatoes:
Make some baked/boiled potatoes
I fried mine in avocado oil on a medium heat.
Salt
Oregano
Garlic Powder
Cook for about 20min or until crispy

Salad:
Spring mix greens
Tomato
Pink Lady/ Honey Crisp Apple
Cheddar Cheese
Lime Juice
Salt and Pepper
