Mash potato is a great base or side that complements so many different protein options. However it lacks nutrition and is carb dense. So I use this recipe as an alternative to normal mash potato. Its a lower carb version and lower in calories which is great for the calorie conscious. Its got those usual salty buttery and creamy tones, with less guilt. So enjoy this side next time you want some mash on that plate.
