Today i am sharing with you a healthy and Tasty Senagala Dosa recipe. This simple no fermentation Dosa tastes so yum and pairs well with Chutney & Sambar.
Ingredients:
•1 cup Senagalu/Kala Chana
•2 tbsp Rice
•1/4 cup Fresh Coconut
•3 Green Chilies
1 inch Ginger
•Salt
•1 sprig Curry Leaves
•1 tsp Cumin
•1/4 tsp Turmeric
•Water for grinding
•Oil for roasting
