Ingredients:
broccoli
cheese (Parmesan or other)
sun-dried tomatoes
jalapeno pepper or other (be careful, it’s spicy)
vegetable oil (olive, sunflower, canola, corn, peanut, cottonseed, soybean)

Wash broccoli in salted water. Soak broccoli for 5-10 minutes and wash with fresh water then.
