Here i sharing one of my regular easy lazy day breakfasts.. A Simple, easy to prepare, healthy and tasty breakfast withthe goodness of eggs and lots of vegetables – Eggs and Cabbage pancake/ eggs and vegetables pancake. It is rich in protein and loaded with vitamins and fiber. And hence it is Idea for weightloss diet and diabetic diet. It is very tasty and everyone including kids will definitely love the taste. Ingredients

Cabbage – 1/2 piece small size
Carrot – 1 medium size
Onion – 1/2 medium size
Garlic – 3 cloves
Eggs – 2
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Corn flour – 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Water 2 tablespoons
Olive oil
Salt
Black Pepper Powder

[Applause] Welcome to another healthy recipe video today I’m sharing one simple hethy breakfast recipe cabage and XG Instant [Applause] Breakfast We need half of a small cabbage thinly sliced one medium carrot thinly Sliced heat 1 to 2 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan add 1 tbsp chopped garlic gloves and roast still Brown add half of an onion Sliced add the sliced cabbage and Carrot Half teaspoon salt and/ teaspon pepper powder and cook till half done let the mixture cool down in a bowl take two eggs and mix well Add 1/4 cup of rice flour mix Well and 2 tbsp of corn Flour mix without Lumps follow by 1/4 taspo of turmeric powder and 2 tspoons of Water add the vegetables to the egg [Applause] Mixture Add 1/4 cup of coriander leaves chop finely and half teaspoon of salt and mix everything Well [Applause] Heat 1 to 2 tbsp of olive oil in a Pan add the cabbage and eggs Mixture shape it like small Pancakes sprinkle sesame seeds and coriander leaves and cook both Sides our instant ha healthy delicious cabbage and egg breakfast is ready serve hot you can eat it simply with a cup of yogurt it is a very filling breakfast with the given quantity we can make like five similar pancakes I hope you like the recipe I will see you in my next video
