hey ! here is a dish which is specially good for your heart,it has a lot of magnesium and potassium the dish is MATAR KI TIKKI.

Ingredients :-

Green peas – 2 cup
Potatoe- 1 big (boiled and grated)
Ginger – 1tbsp
Chilli – 3 chopped
Coriander leafs – 1 tbsp
Mint – 1 tbsp
Besan – 2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Pepper -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

serving :- 2-3 person
preparation time :- 30 minutes

so these recipe is very healthy and on the other side it is the better starter dish for the parties and even mum’s can give to their children as it is vibrant green in colour .
