INGREDIENTS 👩🏻‍🍳 (serves 1)
➡️ 3 tbsp yoghurt
➡️ 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
➡️ 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
➡️ 1/2 sliced banana
➡️ 70% dark chocolate, melted
➡️ sprinkling of sea salt

Method
1. Mix together your yoghurt, maple syrup and peanut butter
2. Top with sliced banana
3. Melt your dark chocolate and pour on top. Add a sprinkling of sea salt
4. Place into the freezer for 5 mins to set the chocolate and then enjoy, or store in the fridge
