INGREDIENTS
6 Eggs
1 ripe and creamy Avocado
A little chopped red Onion (or some chives )
1 Cup of Blended Cottage Cheese (a mayo alternative)
1 tsp of Dijon mustard
Sprinkle of Everything Bagel Seeds & a pinch of Salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil eggs
2. Blend cottage cheese and mustard
3. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
