started with a a smoothie for energy, one of my favorite easy ways to have a breakfast with protein, fiber, carbs & fat to fuel my workout
strawberry banana smoothie—
frozen cauliflower
frozen strawberries
frozen banana
protein powder
almond butter
cinnamon
almond milk
& a meal prepped lunch i made sunday for the week: egg roll in a bowl—
ground chicken
minced ginger
garlic
olive oil
cabbage slaw
brown rice
& a spicy teriyaki sauce (can make with coconut aminos & chili oil) 🌶️
