flavorful.

Ingredients needed for Chivda
Peanuts/Makhana- 1 cup
Flatten Rice/Thin Poha- 1 cup
Puffed Rice- 1 cup
-Mustard Oil- 1 tbsp
Puffed Rice- 1 cup
Mustard Oil- 1 tbsp
Mustard Seed -tbsp
Green chilli- 1 tbsp
Curry leaves- 20 (1 tbsp)
Peanut/4 cup
-Roasted Chana Dal- 1/8 cup(2 tbsp)
-Cashews -1/8 cup(2 tbsp)
Turmeric- 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1 tbsp
Black Salt- 1/3 tbsp
Garam Masala- 1/3 tbsp
Dry Pudina- 1 tbsp
Sugar powder- 1 tbsp
Dry Pudina- 1 tbsp
Sugar powder- 1 tbsp
Recipe instructions-
Roast Fox Nuts,Puffed Rice & Flatten Rice
together on low flame,till they turn crunchy
Voice roasted keep it aside
Then in a hot pan, Add mustard oil
with mustard seeds, green chilli,Curry
leaves,peanuts,Chana Dal & Cashews
Roast them till golden brown
Then switch off the gas & Add spices
mentioned in the ingredients
VMix the spices all together with the roasted
makahna,Puffed rice& flat poha
VMix everything well together
VStore in a air tight container
