Bars and the smth Machine you don’t have like  uh you can always rotate it uh it’s not such a   problem like you’re not going to injure yourself  that was crazy like my legs I couldn’t I couldn’t

So one 2 3 4 You have four portions for  the next 4 days basically I usually yes   as I told you before I eat it as a snack  as extra meal or as breakfast but RAR so   it’s really rich in protein really low in  fat and zero carbs except the blueberries  

Of course so approximately it’s going per  portion it’s going to be 20 G of uh protein   fed is going to be about eight and carb  same like six 68 so voila you’re welcome enjoy
