2 bunches parsley
1/4 cup mint
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1 large tomato seeded and diced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 currants
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp chopped yellow onion
