SAVE this for dinner this week! These BURGER BOWL are an easy go to dinner and a lightened up version of a burger. I also sometimes make extra to have the next day for lunch! Hope you guys love these let me know if you try them out!

Burger Bowls
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheese (optional)

Sauce
3 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
2-3 tbsp pickle juice

Toppings: Pickles, onion, tomato, shredded lettuce (I used this as the base), bacon, avocado or any other favorite toppings!

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Start by making the mini burger patties. I usually make between 9-12 of these depending on how big I make them. Add the meat to a bowl, add the salt, pepper and parsley and If I do add cheese I usually add this when the burgers are almost done baking. Bake the burgers in the oven for 9-12 minutes depending on how done you like them. While the burgers are baking prep the bowls by adding your favorite toppings and mixing the sauce. Top with your finished burgers and sauce. Enjoy!
