We are launching a new series to help you create Recipes/Meals in 30 Minutes or less. As a busy homeschooling mom of 11, I go through a lot of food, so I work on meals that are not only delicious but satisfying and always kid-approved (well, that’s the goal).

A Simple Homemade Pizza Crust using Flour Tortillas

Ingredients – Use what makes you happy😁

You can make flour tortillas or buy them
If buying them, use a clean tortilla (one you love)
Olive oil or Coconut Oil for frying the tortillas
Marinara Sauce
Grass-Fed Cheese Shredded
Pasture Raised Italian Pork Sausage (cooked ahead of time)
Red Onions
Greens
Pineapple

Step 1. Make your tortillas or grab your store-bought tortillas and fry them for about 2 minutes or until you like the crust texture.

Step 2. Pull them off, place them on a paper towel, then start to assemble your pizzas.

Step 3. We used a pizza stone and warmed up the stone and oven to 400 degrees for about 5 minutes or until it’s done the way you like. You can also make your tortillas in a cast iron pan, then slide the pan into the oven for less mess✨
