– Take a sourdough bread and cut 2 slices of it.
– toast the 2 bread slices in olive oil
– Cut one avocado and peel it , put it in mortar
– add pinch of salt, pepper and 2 tsp lemon juice in peeled avocado
– mash it with pestle to smooth spread
– Apply spread on toasted breads
– On top sprinkle everything seasoning
