Makes 4 bagels
1 cup fat free greek yogurt
2 cups almond flour
4 scoops collagen protein
1 tsp baking soda
EBTB seasoning
1 egg
1. Mix yogurt, almond flour, collagen, and baking soda together to form dough.
2. Form into bagel shape on lightly greased pan
3. Brush on egg wash
4. Sprinkle on EBTB seasoning
5. Bake at 350 for 23-25 mins or until lightly browned
