2 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas ( 2 15 oz. cans)
1/2 tsp garlic granules
1/2 tsp onion granules
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

Optional:
salt to your taste

Pulse chickpeas in food processor to create crumbly texture, do not over process. Spread on baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning and mix. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until dry mixing periodically. Allow to cool.
