We are starting a series in which I will share various videos on Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks created by me and inspired by my children. I hope this series of videos helps you in the kitchen as you craft beautiful meals for your family.
I’m a homeschooling mom, so my days are busy! I try to feed my children healthy and balanced meals throughout the day. Today, Sophia and Cecilia wanted to share their lunch box.
Making mealtime enjoyable and involving your children in preparing and planning the food can foster a positive relationship with nutritious foods. We are here to lay the foundation for our children’s long-term health and well-being. You got this, mama!

I’m a mother to 11 we’re a homeschool family of 13 and some days my children can eat up to  six times a day so today we are heading into the city for our weekly grocery haul I’m all  about empowering little chefs and today Sicilia and Sophia ages four and six are taking charge Â
Of their lunchboxes like they love to do each week so let’s dive in we started by offering a  couple different main dishes for the girls to choose from they both love getting involved in  the decision-making process and who has been a game changer in getting them to try new foods Â
Then came the fun part pairing the main dish with some tasty sze and snacks these adorable sweet  shapes make it even more exciting for them I’ll be sure to share with you today’s grocery haul and I  hope this video brought some inspiration to you now that you’ve seen Sicilian Sophia’s creative Â
