Zucchini is rich in vitamin B6. Research suggests that this vitamin can help with regulating blood glucose. The vitamin may even play a protective role against diabetes.

Ingredients:
Zucchini 2 cups shredded with moisture
Eggs 3 extra large
Almond Flour 2 cups
Coconut Flour 1/4 cup
Baking Powder 2 tbsp.
Baking Soda 1/2 tbsp.
Cinnamon Powder 2 tbsp.
Nutmeg 1 tbsp.
Melted Salted Butter 1/2 cup
Coconut flakes 1/2 cup
Walnut Chopped 1/2 cup
Method:
Preheat oven 350″F and put 3 large eggs in bowl. Add Baking powder, baking soda and it well .Add almond flour coconut flour and cinnamon powder, nutmeg/Mix with hand blender .Fold Shredded zucchini and put with moisture in the mixture
Fold nuts and put bread mixture in greased pan. Bake it and enjoy
