I’m following the one meal a day diet today the omad diet I typically do it on a Sunday for a low calorie day but whenever I only eat one meal for the day I always prioritize protein so I’m going to have four eggs along with about four
Oz of sliced steak that’s going to give me about 50 gr of protein I want even more protein so I added 4 oz of smoked salmon that’s going to bring this meal up to over 70 g of protein I cut up an avocado for potassium and fiber plus the
Protein in the fiber is incredibly filling and then I added some blueberries and strawberries for antioxidants flavor and color and then for dessert I’m going to have a few prunes doing the Yad diet just one day a week is a great strategy to keep calories under control and lose some
