3 Ingredient Peanut Butter, Banana, Flaxseed Cookie Crackers “Crookies”

Instructions:
1 ripe banana (100g) mashed
Add in 1/2 Cup (52g) ground flax seeds
Now add in peanut butter (7 tbsp powdered peanut butter combined with 2 1/2 Tbsp (35mL) water)

Stir until dough forms and let stand for 5-10 minutes at room temperature to allow it to thicken

Add just less than 1/2 Tbsp of dough into the slots of a well greased muffin tin.

WET YOUR FINGERS and mold the dough the slots of the tin

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes and flip at the halfway mark
