Welcome back to another cooking video, I hope you guys enjoy this simple, quick and healthy recipe that will not only fill up your tummy but also warm you up if you are making this on a cold winter evening to enjoy with your family.

Ingredients:
250 gms paya
2 onions
1 capsicum
1-2 carrots
1 bowl of peas
6 cloves of whole pepper
Ginger-garlic paste
chilli paste
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp oil
salt and pepper (acc to taste)

How to Prepare:

Wash and clean the paya.
Then on a pressure cooker add them with few cloves of garlic, 4 cloves of pepper, 1 cup of water, salt and pepper.
Pressure cook it for 15-20 mins (at least 10 to 15 whistles)
In a kadhai, add 4 tbsp oil, then 1 tbsp butter, once heated add the chopped onions. Fry them until golden brown, then add the ginger, garlic and chilli paste. Cook them until you smell the raw odour gone.
then add the chopped veggies and fry them until you see that its cooked. Again add some salt and pepper.
Then add the boiled paya and the boiled water of the soup.
Cook it for more 15 mins then serve it a bowl and enjoy it with some bread or rice.

Yeah I’ve taken uh mutton P I have cleaned and washed it thoroughly I have peeled few cloes of garlic you’ll need it for enhancing The Taste now we’ll put all the PES in the pressure cooker and add 1 tbsp of salt 1 tspoon of pepper and few cloves of whole pepper

Following it we can see that I have chopped three vegetables uh starting with some carrots some onions capsicum here you can see a ginger garlic paste here is some peas taking a Karai and adding 4 tbsp of oil followed by 1 teasp 1 tbsp of butter

Add the chopped onions and fry them till golden brown once done add the ginger garlic and chili paste that we have prepared keep on frying them also again add few gloves of pepper on frying them add the chopped veggies here you can see that my pan was not heated properly so I

Had to like add some water to like make it work so that it doesn’t bur and yeah keep on cooking and boiling them again add some salt and pepper to the vegetable mixture and keep on frying it you don’t have to add water if your pan is eated properly or if you cooking

In a nonstick but yeah I made a mistake so I had to do it like this you can see that my veggies are properly cooked finally I’m adding The Boiled P one by one and the soup we got from boiling it I’ll add few cups of water like here

I have added two cups of water additionally along with the boiling water we got from the soup and then we’ll put it to boil and after 15 minutes of boiling properly our soup is ready please do enjoy it and I hope that you’ll definitely like it let me know in the
