How to make banana- walnut bread | Oats bread | Healthy breakfast|no egg no all-purpose flour and no butter
This is a great recipe to start your day which keeps you healthy.
eggless oats banana bread Ingredients:
2 cups of oats
1/2 cup almonds
1Tbsp chia seeds
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp cinnamon powder
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 cup of cooking oil (excepts strong aroma oils- olive oil and mustard seeds)
2 chopped banana + 1/2 cup yogurt (dahi) +1/2 cup of water make a smooth paste.
1/2 cup brown sugar or regular sugar
1/2 cup sooji/rava/semolina
1/2 cup of regular milk
Sprinkle on top of bread- mix of 2 tsp oats + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 2 tsp brown sugar
bake at 375F or 190C in a pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes.
This recipe makes 7-8 two inches thick slices. You can save it in the fridge and enjoy it every morning for breakfast by warming it up in the microwave for a few seconds.
