00:00 Introduction
00:15 Soak mushrooms in water
00:20 Add cut cucumbers
00:25 Add minced garlic
00:30 Add chilli
00:33 Add vinegar
00:37 Add sugar
00:46 Cover bowl with cling wrap
00:52 Set aside in fridge for 20 minutes
00:56 Pour in vegetable stock and water soaked from mushrooms and boil over medium heat
01:10 Add in cooked white and brown rice
01:17 Add in mushrooms
01:21 Stir and simmer for approximately 20-30 minutes
01:27 Add in tofu, peanuts and cook for another 5 minutes
