Ingredients:

Jaggery Oats Halwa:

• 1/2 cup Ghee
• 3/4 cups Oats Atta
• 1 1/2 cups Water
• 3/4 cup Jaggery Powder
• 4 Cardamom

Method

1. Take a kadhai and add ghee to it along with few cups of oats atta. Roast it for about 1-2 minutes.
2. Add jaggery powder, cardamom powder, mixed dried fruits in the kadhai and Mix it well together.
3. Pour in around a cup of saffron milk and Let the milk absorb completely.
4. Take the Halwa out in a plate and Garnish with almonds and cherries.
5. Ready to Eat during dessert time.
