Our gut regulates many important functions in our body. This is thanks to the microbial community residing in our gut. Therefore our gut health and health of this microbial community is key to our overall health and wellbeing. Our gut microbes love being fed with fiber, vitamins and minerals from whole foods. However, a diet rich in certain packaged and processed foods don’t provide the gut microbes with what it needs, and ultimately spoil our gut health. Here in this video i have listed 5 such commonly consumed foods that spoil and destroy our gut health when consumed in excess.
