25g (1.8 tbsp.) Melted unsalted butter
1 (large) Egg

300g (2.3 cups) Bread flour
30g (4 tbsp.) Grated Parmesan cheese
3g (0.6 tsp.) Instant yeast
3g (0.5 tsp.) Salt
