Hi everyone another week and another week of meals so we are starting the week with burritos so I’m making some chili so I’ve got half of the 750 G mints it’s the 5% lean one um and then I’ve got half of a large red onion and a

Red pepper and then I’m going to add some chopped tomatoes and kidney beans and some puree just to thick it slightly and then for seasonings I always put a generous amount of Paprika in some garlic and then um some chili the boys don’t mind it a bit spicy um so I may

Well dish theirs up and then add a bit more chili to ours and then I’m going to do some rice and then we’ll have it in wraps as well with some grated cheese um so yeah uh one of our favorites and um obviously a little bit of prep but then

Just a case of sort of letting it all simmer until it’s sort of thick and the veg is soft so we’re going to get going with this one and I will come back and show you when it’s already here’s our dinner already so I’ve got one bowl of spicy actually for

Janis and I and then I’ve got a milder one for the boys some grated cheese long grain rice and some wraps so we can make it into burritos so that’s what we’re having tonight And then uh we’re going to have apple strudel that I’ve had in the freezer for a while we’re going to use up the other half of that and have it with some custard for pudding so yeah another week Another Sunday roast um so I’m just going to season up the uh pork fillet

So I had some new potatoes that I’ve sliced some carrot and some pepper um and then I’ve also got some green beans so I’m going to kind of do it like a tray bake um I’ve got some of this um American spice mix as well so I’m going

To just pop a little bit of oil over and sort of season it up a bit and have it with some um green beans these don’t look hugely large so um I’m not sure whether or not we’re all going to have those or whether um Yannis and I will

Have this and whether or not I’ll do the boys um I’ve got like some chicken dippers and stuff in the freezer um it’s like the day before the food shop so we’re just kind of using bits and Bobs up so um yeah we’ll see but I’ll come

Back and show you when it’s plated up and um you will see what I’ve decided here’s our dinner all plated up so we’ve got the salmon which I’ve just done with some of the American seasoning on and then we’ve got the all the veg I’ve did like a tray bake um basically

And I’ve also put some lemon juice on some garlic just kind of seasoned it up a bit and then the boys have got green beans chicken dippers and um crinkly chips so just kind of a use up what we’ve got the day before the shopping kind of

Dinner we’re finishing the week with a quick and easy tuna sweet corn pasta bake so I’ve just used one of the Home Pride sauces and I’ve done it with some H wheat Fus a tin of sweet corn um and some tuna and just mixed in the sauce and topped with cheese

Um so these are the boys we’re going to have ours a bit later because Janice is going to be home a little bit late so I’m going to wait for him um but yeah a nice quick and easy one and it’s absolutely chucking it down outside so a
