* button Mushroom……… 400 gms
* red bell pepper………….. 1 big
* green peas(boiled)……. 250 gms
* fresh parsley leaves….. chopped
* honey mustard sauce.. 2 tbl spoons
* salt………………………….. to taste
* sesame seeds………….. 1 tea spoon

PROCEDURE

Boil the green peas with a hint of salt for 3 mins and drain out the water. Keep them aside.

slice the bell pepper.

Cut the Mushrooms in big size and saute them in a small quantity of oil. Mushrooms release fluid. cook till the whole fluid is reduces completely. Put them in a bowl and allow them to cool.

Chop the fresh parsley leaves.

Now mix the Mushrooms with boiled green peas, sliceds red bell pepper, chopped fresh parsley and honey mustard sauce.

Finally sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Refrigerat the salad for 1 hour at least before serving.

This healthy recipe can be repeated 2 to 3 times in a week to maintain a balanced food habit.
